All trademarks and copyrights, including logos and brand names, are the property of their respective owners. References to brand names and logos are for descriptive purposes only and their use does not imply endorsement by or association with the brand name owners.

Guarantee, Refund and Return Policies 
Swiss Sciences backs its product with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If after receiving and experiencing the results of ONE bottle of our product, and you wish to return it, simply contact our returns department for a RMA number and ship all UNOPENED bottles back to the address provided, within 30 days or your order date, and this product price less shipping and handling shall be refunded within 2 business days of receipt.  We suggest that you maintain a tracking number for your return also referencing your RMA number.

THE ONE BOTTLE RULE 
IT IS UNNECESSARY AND IN FACT VOIDS THE REFUND POLICY TO TRY MORE THAN ONE BOTTLE OF OUR PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE CREATED TO SHOW REAL RESULTS WITHIN 21 DAYS, OR LESS.  OPENING MORE THAN ONE BOTTLE VOIDS OUR REFUND POLICY.    WE MAKE SUPERIOR PRODUCTS AND OFFER VERY LENIENT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY BUT WE DO DESIRE TO BE PAID FOR OUR EXCELLENT PRODUCTS WHEN USED.

What To Do For Returns
 In order to initiate a return and refund, you must call us at 1-888-950-3438 and speak to a live customer service representative Monday- Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, EST and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  This RMA must be requested 30 days from the day your order is placed and in order to receive a refund, we must receive ALL UNOPENED bottles (LESS the one opened bottle) at our Shipping Department within 15 days of you requesting your RMA. The RMA number is to be written clearly on the outside of your return package, and you must return the bottles to Swiss Sciences, RETURNS, LLC 400 Cleveland Street, Suite 800 Clearwater, Florida 33755.   ONCE WE RECEIVE THE UNOPENED BOTTLES WE SHALL REFUND YOUR CREDIT CARD LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING.  

OTHER PROMOTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES
SOME PROMOTIONS OFFER SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNTS AND REFUND POLICIES SHALL APPLY TO THOSE PROMOTIONS AS DESCRIBED IN THE TERMS OF SUCH SPECIAL PROMOTION.

Shipping Information
Our shipping department ships all packages with the United States Postal Service. There is no guarantee as to when a package will be delivered but please be aware that all packages are issued a delivery confirmation number. The bottles of Swiss Sciences you are ordering will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of order or sooner.

Breakage Guarantee
If any product we ship to you is damaged or a product container is opened, do not use the product, but call 1-888-950-3438 to receive a return authorization number and when we receive the damaged product back we will replace it and ship it back to you all at our cost. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make any changes necessary to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. We also have the right to make changes to the graphical work on the label of the bottle.  We reserve the right to offer special promotions from time to time at prices and packaging that have different pricing and different refund policies.
